Terms of Service

Effective date: 24 June 2026  ·  Last updated: 24 June 2026

Plain-English Summary: By using GetInvoicePDF.com you agree to these terms. The tool is free, runs entirely in your browser, and collects no data. Use it lawfully. We provide it "as-is" without guarantees of absolute accuracy. Indian law governs any disputes.

1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using the website at getinvoicepdf.com (the "Site") — including its invoice PDF generator, late payment interest calculator, and demand letter tool — you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms").

If you do not agree to these Terms, please stop using the Site immediately. Your continued use of the Site after any update to these Terms constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.

2. Description of Service

GetInvoicePDF.com provides a free, browser-based tool that allows users to:

  • Generate professional invoice PDFs for business-to-business use;
  • Calculate statutory late payment interest and fees based on publicly available legal frameworks for the United States, United Kingdom, European Union, and India;
  • Draft pre-litigation demand letters based on a three-stage escalation framework.

All document generation takes place entirely within your browser. No data you enter — including invoice figures, business names, or client details — is transmitted to, stored by, or accessible to us. We operate no database and collect no personally identifiable information through the tool itself.

Important: GetInvoicePDF.com is a productivity and reference tool. It is not a substitute for professional legal, accounting, or financial advice. The statutory formulas and jurisdictional references on this Site are provided for general informational purposes only. They do not constitute legal advice, and no use of this Site creates an attorney-client, accountant-client, or any other professional advisory relationship. Always consult a qualified professional before making decisions that may have legal or financial consequences.

3. Intellectual Property

Our content. All source code, design, UI/UX elements, article content, calculation frameworks, demand letter templates, and other materials on the Site (collectively, "Site Content") are the intellectual property of the site operator and are protected under applicable copyright, trade dress, and other intellectual property laws.

Your PDF outputs. The specific invoice PDF, demand letter, or other document you generate using this tool — containing your own business data, figures, and client information — is your work product. You own the output you create. We claim no rights over the content of PDFs or documents generated through the tool.

Limited licence to use the Site. We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the Site for its intended purpose: generating invoices and related business documents for your own lawful commercial use. This licence does not extend to reproducing, distributing, or commercially exploiting the Site Content itself.

4. Acceptable Use Policy

You agree to use the Site only for lawful purposes and in a manner consistent with these Terms. The following activities are expressly prohibited:
